This is a really fun course to play. It's in great shape and greens are awesome. I'd recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a good round!

The course is overpriced for the conditions. $33 dollars for nine holes with a cart is ridiculous when there’s as many bare spots and mud holes in the fairway as there is grass. Two greens were half sand. The starter wouldn’t let us go off the back because “He had people coming around.” One person came around the turn as I tee’d off on the third hole. Absolutely ridiculous for the price. Vesper Hills, Links at Sunset Ridge and Pine Grove are all far superior in layout and conditions for the same or less money. Go elsewhere.

Money hungry course. Charged me $20 for a “1/2 cart fee” for my fiancée to sit in a golf cart and watch me golf. Outrageous! Sunset Ridge in Marcellus is a FAR better course, I’ve never been charge a stupid fee there. Tanner valley is always under construction and always soaking wet no matter the weather.

Owner drove us away over a small issue. I showed up during the week to play, called a buddy to join. I already had a cart, bag on it and all.. doing some chipping practice and all, when my buddy arrived. He paid his due and got a separate cart. I do understand that the con most golf course owners play about having to share a cart, even though we get charged an entire cart fee each. Okay fine, we don't mind paying a little extra to have separate carts. The "owner" (and I expect thats who he was, because I couldn't imagine an employee would speak to a customer the way he did) demanded we share a cart. And if we didn't, he would refund our fees and we could leave and dont come back. When we asked if we could pay and extra fee to use separate carts, we were told we were ridiculous and either get our own personal cart or get off the property. NEVER returning, and honestly, the course isnt worth the money charged anyway. Fairways are not mowed properly, greens are disheveled and spotty. I'll take the $75 we were refunded and give it to a course worth playing.

Played your course for the first time on a beautiful October afternoon. Wonderful course with plush fairways and greens that roll fast and smooth. A few holes are quite close together so you may have to wait to tee off until people on the other hole clear out
